poem essay

In my life i've always encounterd the pharse "playing with fire". And never did I really understand what it meant though. But then I heard a song called "playing with fire" by lil wayne. He really gave me a new prespective on that phrase only because hes been there as well and his experience with playing with fire was much more different then mine. This song is the best because of the feeling he brings when he speakes of what he did.

In Waynes song he uses load of rhymes and many other divices to make the atractive to the poetic eye. He uses words that none really uses sometimes I dont think that they are real words that he uses. Here is an example of weird words that end up rhyming in the end, he says midevil and cathedral they rhyme because of the way he says them together. Alot of the song is based around 2 smple things which are the heart and soul of his raps rhyme and metaphore, and believe me he uses plenty. He also says"I feel caged in my mind its like my flow is doing time i goes crazy inside but when it comes out its fine like wine...,wait...,watch, you see I get better with time like a watch." And when it comes to similes lil wayne is one of the best to ever.

Here is where he kinda paints the picture of the whole playing with fire idea. He said I'm standing on the corner selling porcelain to people. Forced into evil its all in your head its all so cerebral call me kinevil you follow and I'll lead you straight to the needle the bottles the battle the beetles will eat you."That was an excellent way to paint a picture of the corner he grew up on. As a child he was subject to a death in his family which caused his mother to get a second husband. He said "remember when your p***y second husband tried to beat ya remember when i went into the kitchen got the clever he didnt give a f**k i didnt give a f**k niether." He said that now you could see the devil in his features.

He gave me a new perspective on playing with fire. Only because hes been there you know people tend to take advice from those who have traveled the same path. I know when my mom said that i thought about it all day and all night. Really i was wondering where in the world did she get that piece of crap line. She didnt phase me at all with saying that. But when Lil wayne said it he made me feel different because if i keep going down the path that he did. Now i completely understand what they mean when they say playing with fire. So maybe one day when i have kids i'll tell them that they are playing with fire.

In conclusion i've have come to a very serious decision`that........Lil wayne is the best rapper to ever live and thats that. I say that because he has a song well actually many songs that paint pictures for many. he speaks with a purpose no one in my opinion will ever compare to Dwayne carter jr.

animal farm essay

In the story of animal farm there are many factors that lead to the empowerment of the pigs. But when you ask me who is responsible for there rise to power it was souly the animals fault. Only because the allowed the pigs to penetrate their minds so easily. Another reason is there you have is they are dumb because they let the pigs have numbers on there side when all they had were a few dogs. But here is were I feel ad for the animals the only person that they cared about and that cared for them was chased away because his vision was the same as everybody else.

In the time that time that it took the animals to understand what was going on Snowball and the pigs had already taken away there most powerful allies. See at least all the animal would have been alive if Mr. Jones was still there. Helping the animals feeding the animals. The only thing the animals didn't have was rights and an education. They wanted too much too be animals so all the things i stated in the paragraph were factors in the pigs rise to power.

See at least when the pigs did what they did the smart way by attacking the brain first then removing the muscle like they were plotting before most even took action. First they removed Snowball and then they ran things the way they wanted because they knew there was no brains to turn the animals around and make them do the unthinkable. And what I mean by that (the unthinkable) is run the farm the right way and every animal be equal.

In conclusion it's the animals fault for letting the pigs run the farm into the ground. And when they finally figured out what happened and realized that they were wrong all along they were sorry and said. Many years have past and many of there comrades have died. So then they finally said they have done the wrong thing and it was too late the pigs had turned into men.
But I'd bet that they never do it again if they had another chance.

interview paragraph

My question presented to my peers was that should kids under 18 be able to vote. And im pretty sure you can guess what the answers were from my friends everyone said yes some kids most kids like saffronia said that if we know whats going on we should have a say in what goes on in the world. Keyana says that "kids should be able to vote because were gonna be here longer than the adults making the dicisions."My point was made when i got the answer "Drastic times call for desperate measures" that changed my whole outlook on the question that was presented and thats what the kids thought should be done only because we know whats going on too its not fair that we have to live with it and not have a say in it. Heres how i see it if you mess up while were kids and we mess up when we are adults we know no happiness to lif at all so every vote count even if its that of a 13 year old child.

                                                             The most dangerous game

In the question of liberty and equality i would say Rainsford values equality over liberty. I say that for 3 reasons. One of those reasons are when he found out what the big game was on the island he was appauled at Zaroffs decision to hunt human beings. But in my choosing of equality over liberty I was a bit skeptical because here is what he said "Don't talk rot,Whitney,"said Rainsford. "You're a big game hunter, not a philosopher. Who cares how a Jaguar feels." And another reason was that when he was talking about the hunters and the huntees. That made me feel a littler it shakey' but he still showed his true colors in the end. When Zaroff said he wanted to hunt men he was shocked he didn't know how to react to such a terrible thing. So he just went along with it and agreed to be hunted and he actually won the battle. But the thing that made him all the more victorious to me was that he was fighting for a cause. So that why I know Rainsford values liberty over equality.
